You've never heard of us, and we're asking for your GitHub account. That's a fair thing to hesitate over — so here is the whole of it, before you click, not after.

That's the entire request. No private repositories. No write access. We could not push a commit, open a pull request, or change a line of your code if we wanted to — GitHub wouldn't let us.

Private repositories

We don't ask for them now, and most people never need to. A full grade is reachable on public work alone. If you later want a private repo graded, we'll ask for that access then — separately, for that reason, with the repo in front of you.

Revoke us any time at github.com/settings/applications — one click, no email, no “are you sure”. Your token is encrypted at rest and never leaves our API.

Who is asking

Journeymen is new — a few weeks old, built by one person. I'm Rama Sathya Sai, github.com/RamaSai2519. If something here doesn't sit right, open an issue and it'll be me who answers.
